Since establishing the practice three years ago, Dr Richard He and Dr Bin Mo have supported the growing Berowra population with comprehensive general practice services. Dr He proudly serves as Medical Principal.

Our experienced GPs, nurses, and reception team are here to support all your general practitioner (GP) needs in Berowra NSW. We provide family medicine, preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, women’s and children’s health services, and routine medical care. Appointments can be made by calling our friendly reception team or booking online via Healthengine for your convenience.
Nursing & In-Practice Services
Our Registered and Enrolled Nurses provide a wide range of services during opening hours, including immunisations, blood collection, spirometry, ECG, iron and Aclasta infusions, IV antibiotics, venesection, and routine baby health checks recorded in your child’s Blue Book.

The Madison Medical Practice Berowra is an AGPAL-accredited medical practice, ensuring high standards of safety and quality care. All consulting GPs, Allied Health Professionals, and Medical Specialists operate their own independent medical businesses within the practice under a commercial services agreement.

Do I need to book an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
No, we do not accept walk-ins. All patients must book an appointment in advance to ensure you can be seen by your preferred doctor.
How do I get my test results and what should I expect?
Urgent results prompt a direct doctor call, non-urgent results generate a text to book an appointment, and normal results require no contact. Results are not given over the phone outside of telehealth consultations.
What are your cancellation fees and policies?
GP cancellations within 2 hours incur a $50 fee, while allied health cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur charges of 50-100% of the consultation fee.
Who is eligible for bulk billing at your practice?
We bulk bill children 15 and under, patients 70 and over, and concession card holders on weekdays only. All other patients are privately billed.
